How do I return an item?

We request that any return be accompanied with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact customer service for a RMA form and number. Should you need to make an eligible return pursuant to the original date of your order, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving product for instructions. Merchandise needs to be securely wrapped and returned in its original carton, along with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the carton. CMC will not accept merchandise returned after 30 days from the original purchase date. Depending on the product being returned, CMC reserves the right to levy a 20% to 30% restocking fee on the returned goods.
